THE GBQ PODCAST
Episode 8:
Anders Mankert
The host of The GBQ Podcast, Sarah Stirk, meets the PGA’s newest Master Professional – and the owner of Leicester Golf Centre – Anders Mankert
Golf is a sport built on rules. Not just what you can do on the course but, at many clubs, what you’re able to do off it as well.

Mankert talks about his stunning success in the latest episode of The GBQ Podcast.
Hosted by Sky Sports Golf presenter Sarah Stirk, each month The GBQ Podcast brings you in-depth interviews and provides genuine analysis around the most important topics facing the golf industry.
Our aim is to ensure you hear from the people that matter as we talk with some of the game’s influential figures.
Mankert’s blossoming business has become a best-practice advert for participation, and his relentless work to break down barriers for people looking to play the game has been recognised with numerous awards.
Now, recently announced as the PGA’s newest Master Professional – only the 65th person ever to be given the honour – he chats about his philosophy and what being honoured by his peers means to him…
